- Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 Cups Crushed Graham Crackers
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- Brownies
- 3/4 Cup Butter (melted)
- 1-2/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1-2 Cups Marshmallows
- 1-1/2 Cups Hershey bar Chunks (I use about 2-3 bars, depending on my Chocolate mood!)
Preparation:
Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix your graham crackers and sugar together, then pour melted butter over top and mix. Pat into the bottom of 9x9 pie plate or if you like crispy edges make singles in a muffin tin (muffin tin cuts cooking time in half!! Sooner to eat my deary!) bake 350 for about 12 min. 6 min for muffin tin!
Brownies Baby!
Preheat Oven to 350°F.
Combine butter and sugar, mix well. Add egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and water. Mix till combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Slowly incorporate the dry mix into wet ingredients, until just combined.
Fold in marshmallows and Hershey chunks(Don't skimp on these ingredients! It will look like a lot, but it is yummy!). Press into your crust (again cut time in half for muffin tin) Bake 350 for 20 min.
